I wish every server was like Brett! Great service. Unfortunately, for this, our first visit to this location, the kitchen forgot to season the burger Pattie’s on both mine and my wife’s BBQ burgers, resulting in very bland burgers - even after adding BBQ sauce. There is a huge difference in taste when Pattie’s are properly seasoned during the grilling process. We’ll come back, though, and try another menu item.

The food was consistent with other Rafferty's we've been to. It was good. Our waiter was very polite. Zayer is worth the trip. Ask for him if you go to eat here. Also the waitress who ran my wife's phone out to us. Thank you. Overall one of the most customer friendly staffs I've seen.

Can't go wrong at Rafferty's. They have their menu items mastered. No 6000 selections, just great food, reasonably priced, prepared to perfection. The service was brisk, and friendly, water glasses kept filled, table cleared promptly. Store is very clean and an i inviting atmosphere. Not overwhelming, friendly, like your family.

We love this place! Great food and service. The reason why I have it 4 stars is because the better even you walk in, needs to work on her greeting. Like with a hello maybe? What about a smile? Isn’t that every greeters should do? She was very unfriendly.

My boyfriend and I came here from out of town. We had 10/10 service and the food was perfection. We had two different waitresses, Ashleigh and Shay…15/10 service, above and beyond! So friendly and welcoming, they never had us waiting even though their sections were very full! We will be back!

Came down to Radcliffe for my Brothers Military Graduation at Fort Knox. Stopped here for lunch with the family and they were amazing. Our waitress was on top of everything and super nice and inviting. The food was delicious and cooked correctly. Came out in a timely fashion. The portions were giant so you definitely get your moneys worth. We haven’t ate out at a place that was this good in a long time. If we’re ever back in the area we will definitely come back

WOW MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY PLEASE FROM THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. Everyone was very nice and pleasant and you could see how well everyone worked with each other very proficient. Our food came out quickly and correctly which is a plus compared to some other restaurants that are equivalent to each other. We both enjoyed our meals greatly. Truly a pleasant experience and night. We haven’t ate here in a long time and definitely will be back.
